Estivemos a=ED voc=EA viu que as partes est=E3o comp= rando e vendendo de boa f=E9, mostramos todos os documentos que t=EDnhamos&= nbsp;mas estou sentindo que est=E1 meio devagar a quest=E3o da an=E1lise de= voc=EAs.

 

Vamos l=E1 respondendo  as coisas que est=E3o f= altando. 

 

Documenta=E7=E3o faltante do Consorciado <= /o:p>

- Est=E1 faltando o formul=E1rio que o Marcelo ficou= de enviar n=E3o porque ainda n=E3o enviou, mas acredito que hoje ele envia= . OK

 

Documenta=E7=E3o faltante do Im=F3vel

 

- Voc=EAs est=E3o pedindo a matr=EDcula atualizada e= a Certid=E3o de =D4nus do im=F3vel  s=E3o a mesma coisa a exig= =EAncia =E9 que a numera=E7=E3o predial est=E1 diferente, mas se vcs leram = a Certid=E3o de =F4nus l=E1 no AV10 da matr=EDcula 27610 consta a= averba=E7=E3o da atualiza=E7=E3o da Numera=E7=E3o predial onde consta o endere=E7o correto = do im=F3vel ou seja est=E3o pedindo algo que j=E1 foi entregue basta ler o = documento. 

- Depois vcs pedem uma certid=E3o negativa de d=E9bi= tos condominiais, n=E3o existe pois esse im=F3vel =E9 de rua n=E3o =E9= condom=EDnio complicado exigir isso acho que a pessoa deveria ler e entend= er dos endere=E7os aqui do DF quem est=E1 analisando.

- Voc=EAs receberam a Certid=E3o positiva com efeito= de negativa, pelo que sei se est=E1 com efeito de negativa n=E3o precisari= a de encaminhar nada mas est=E3o pedindo detalhamento da d=EDvida fiscal pe= lo e-cac sinceramente n=E3o entendo, pois est=E1 tudo no formal de partilha todas as d=EDvidas qual o risco sendo que foi aprese= ntado os bens dos vendedores e o motivo da venda =E9 justamente para quitar= toda a d=EDvida.

- Voc=EAs est=E3o pedindo tamb=E9m as Certid=F5= es Negativa de D=E9bitos e tb Negativa de D=EDvida ativa da SEFAZ , ou= tra vez volto ao item anterior foi explicado o motivo da venda =E9 para qui= tar isso n=E3o ir=E1 emitir essa certid=E3o mas n=E3o tem risco pois deve ser coisa de iptu, ipva o valor dos bens que constam no formal de par= tilha fala que =E9 muito superior.
